By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 10sbet platform — including but not limited to the website at 10sbet.ws, any associated mobile interface, and all games, sports betting markets, and services offered therein — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 10sbet. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, you must immediately cease using the 10sbet platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any posted update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

10sbet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and without prior notice, though significant changes will be communicated to active registered accounts via the email address on file. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

To register and use 10sbet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 10sbet is strictly an adults-only platform. Any player found to have registered while under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed and any deposits returned minus any winnings generated.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, complete, and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to register only one account at 10sbet. Multiple accounts registered by the same person will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have an active self-exclusion in place at 10sbet or have been permanently barred from the platform at any prior time.

10sbet reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above at any stage — including before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Your 10sbet account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your account.

Account Security

You are required to choose a strong password for your 10sbet account and to keep it confidential at all times. 10sbet staff will never ask for your password through any channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at support@10sbet.ws.

Account Verification (KYC)

10sbet may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal. Verification may require you to submit a copy of your CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete requested KYC verification within 14 days may be suspended pending completion.

Account Currency

All 10sbet accounts operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits or withdrawals. Your displayed balance is always in PKR.

Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. 10sbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts after this period, provided the account balance is above zero. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.

10sbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR through the following approved payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• IBFT Bank Transfer — direct bank transfer to/from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit card transactions

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at 10sbet is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. 10sbet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal at 10sbet is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash under normal operating conditions. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2–4 business hours depending on banking cut-off times. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

Withdrawal Refusals

10sbet reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request in the following circumstances: active KYC verification pending; suspected fraudulent activity; outstanding bonus wagering requirements; or where the withdrawal would breach anti-money laundering obligations. In all cases, 10sbet will communicate the reason for any refusal to the affected player.

10sbet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing registered players. All promotions are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific conditions stated at the point of the individual offer.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at 10sbet are subject to wagering requirements — a minimum amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of Rs 10,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses are awarded to one eligible account per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
• 10sbet reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or modify its terms at any time prior to a player claiming the offer.
• Using bonus funds in a pattern designed to exploit low house-edge games (such as placing equal bets on both outcomes in a 50/50 market) may constitute bonus abuse and will result in bonus cancellation.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering completion process.

Welcome Bonus

The 10sbet welcome bonus is available to newly registered players making their first qualifying deposit. The offer amount, wagering requirement, minimum deposit, and eligible games are stated on the promotions page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per eligible player. Circumventing this restriction via multiple registrations will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account closure.

10sbet offers a range of casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting products on the platform.

General Gaming Rules

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing under real-time observation.
• The rules and payout structures for each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules before placing a bet.
• 10sbet is not liable for any losses arising from your misunderstanding of a game's rules or mechanics.
• Technical malfunctions during gameplay void all affected bets. Stakes are returned to the player's balance in such cases.
• 10sbet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds caused by a technical fault — and to correct any palpable pricing errors after the fact.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all 10sbet games and markets. These are displayed within the game or betting interface before you place a wager. 10sbet reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual accounts in cases of suspected match-fixing, fraud, or unusual betting patterns, without advance notice.

The following rules apply specifically to sports betting at 10sbet, including cricket, football, and all other sports markets offered on the platform.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by 10sbet. Placing a bet does not guarantee acceptance. Bets are confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Until confirmation is received, a bet is not active. 10sbet reserves the right to refuse any bet without stating a reason.

Match Abandonment & Postponement

• Abandoned matches: If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play time (as defined by the relevant governing body for each sport), all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned, unless the result has already been officially determined.
• Postponed matches: Bets on postponed matches remain valid if the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time. Beyond 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets: In-play bets placed after an event has technically concluded but before the result has been confirmed in 10sbet's system are void. Bets confirmed before the decisive event occurred remain settled on the declared result.

Cricket-Specific Rules

For T20 and ODI matches, a minimum number of overs must be completed for match result bets to stand. For T20 matches this is typically 5 overs per side; for ODIs it is typically 20 overs per side. In the event of a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result, the official DLS result determines settlement of match winner markets. Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets involve combining multiple selections. If any leg of an accumulator is void, that leg is treated as a non-runner and the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. Winnings from accumulator bets are calculated by multiplying all remaining valid odds. Voids do not cancel the remaining legs of an accumulator at 10sbet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 10sbet platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with all balances forfeited pending investigation:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Using another person's payment details, identity, or account credentials without their explicit permission
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, display errors, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing coordinated bets with another party to artificially trigger bonus conditions or meet wagering requirements
• Using automated scripts, bots, or any software to place bets or interact with the 10sbet platform
• Any activity relating to match-fixing, including placing bets on the basis of inside information obtained through corrupt means
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity — 10sbet cooperates fully with relevant anti-money laundering authorities
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 10sbet customer support staff or other platform users

10sbet takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide all registered players with a full suite of self-management tools accessible directly within their account settings. These tools are designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Once applied, limits cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum allowable net losses over a defined period. Applied immediately and not reversible within the active period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic reminders after defined periods of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Take a voluntary break from 10sbet for a defined period — from 24 hours to 5 years. During self-exclusion, your account is deactivated and you cannot access the platform from any device. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Permanent closure: Request permanent closure of your 10sbet account if you feel you need to stop gambling entirely. Permanent closures are not reversible.

In summary, 10sbet collects only the personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with applicable legal obligations, and provide customer support. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

All content on the 10sbet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game content, text, software, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of 10sbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 10sbet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 10sbet content without prior written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 10sbet's liability to you is limited as follows:

• 10sbet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary platform downtime, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays outside our reasonable control.
• 10sbet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses — including lost profits or anticipated winnings — in connection with your use of the platform.
• 10sbet's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• 10sbet does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

Nothing in this limitation of liability section excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

Either you or 10sbet may close your account at any time.

Closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 10sbet support at support@10sbet.ws or via Live Chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Remaining real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method.

Closure by 10sbet

10sbet reserves the right to suspend or close any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• The account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes
• Continued operation of the account would expose 10sbet to regulatory or legal risk

In cases of account closure by 10sbet for cause, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and, where fraud or illegality is confirmed, may be forfeited in full.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 10sbet, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most account and payment issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, formal dispute resolution procedures may be initiated by contacting 10sbet in writing at support@10sbet.ws, providing full details of the dispute including your account reference, the nature of the complaint, and your preferred resolution. 10sbet will respond to formal written disputes within 10 business days.
